Winter in the Seefeld region in Tyrol is a winter wonderland full of possibilities for winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. In addition to classic winter sports, cleared winter hiking trails, snowshoeing, and romantic carriage rides through snow-covered forests invite you to enjoy the winter landscape in all its glory. The charming villages and cozy mountain huts offer Tyrolean hospitality and culinary specialties, creating moments of comfort after a day in the snow.

Payment Arrangements & Deposit
To facilitate the payment process, you will receive a payment link offering various payment options. A deposit of either 20% or 100% of the accommodation cost is required at the time of booking (100% for bookings that are non-refundable). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
Through an authorized message, you will receive a personalized code on the day of arrival at 2:00 PM, which allows you access to the house. You will receive the code on your mobile number and in parallel to your email address. An earlier check-in is unfortunately not possible.
Keys
Check-in takes place directly at your booked accommodation. To enter the building through the main entrance, please use the keypad located at the entrance. Your studio apartment is on the first floor of the building and is labeled with the apartment name. The key to your apartment will be in the lock of the apartment door upon your arrival.
Parking Place
1 free parking place is available directly at the accommodation.
Check-Out & Key Return
The accommodation and parking must be vacated by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
For each person, a set of laundry consisting of a bed sheet, a pillowcase cover, a duvet cover, and two towels is provided. Each toilet is also equipped with two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, you will find a dish towel.
Hygiene Products
In our accommodation, you will be provided with a hand soap and a hairdryer.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free. Changes and cancellations within 31 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
